We celebrated Resurrection Sunday first at church and then came home to have a big brunch. I planned to start the cinnamon rolls the night before, but didn't realize the dough needed to rise 2.5 hours until 8 in the evening. So I instead woke up early to start them... and was quite proud of how they turned out!

Later in the day, someone decided to show off his baking skills and make tons of homemade cliff bars for his next field exercise at work ;).
And in case you were wondering, they're SO good. My fav flavor is peanut-butter choco-chip.
